Just a quick note to say I absolutely love the S5 Erin picked up this weekend... It's really in great shape... Thanks for taking such care in getting the car ready and for helping Erin understand how everything works.... It was a great experience from beginning to end, especially considering I bought the car without seeing it or driving it in person (now that's a first!)... The whole process and the car exceeded my expectations.... Thanks...
Just one "housekeeping" item - Do we need a completed and signed Certified Pre-Owned certificate?... The one in the packet was blank.... Looks like we should have one signed by the Audi Brand Specialist and the Audi Service Manager.... Please let us know if this is an important document we should have... If so, perhaps you can have one completed and mail it?....

Hi Tyler,
I wanted to take the time to send a quick note recognizing the superb customer service we received at your office by Tyler Barker. We just recently purchased a Q7 (which we are in love with), and Tyler was our sales person. He went above and beyond with every aspect of the transaction, from day one through email when we were inquiring on the vehicle, all the way to the end making sure every part of the car met our expectations. Not once did we feel like we were being haggled at a car dealership, it was a very unique and enjoyable car buying experience for us. Even after the purchase was complete, Tyler followed up to make sure things were going great, and was sure to fix some of the minor cosmetic details, we were surprised when we picked up the car after a few repairs and he was outside in his suit, in 30 degree weather washing our car BY HAND!! We just want to be sure that Tyler get recognized for his exceptional customer service.
